They have been calling me 4-5 times per day for over a week now. I wish I could go the normal route and speak to a manager to get some traction, but that is not likely to help based on what I have read. Has anyone tried saying they are interested but need to speak to someone who speaks English then telling them you will be suing them for harassment? That is my next step, if they wake up my children one more time...

These ridiculous people call and tell me they are extremely gay and racist; they also offer to settle ANY debt if I will send them used underwear, the stankier the better. constant everyday calls from these no talking people at work and my home-every day twice a day on regular-besides not understanding a single word they are trying to say...they threaten you with jail time, and coming to your house, so tired of these people-they even call from a number that shows up '911'-these people need to be stopped-I am so sick of them-they are like roaches. you can't get rid of them no matter how much you hang up on them-

starts with a recording: get rid of credit card debt and they will give you 1000.00 to start...the call transfers to a person but when you ask to get taken off the call list or tell them you have no debt they abrubtly hang up

Calling under different names and different numbers and referring to an investigation of someone we don't even know. If you call back they are very rude. For sure a scam!!!!!!!

it's a scam not a debt collector. There's no way i owe 8,500 on a 300 loan i NEVER took out. You probably work for the assholes who are trying to get my money.
